i am sure that you have a clean coffee grinder - give that a try, as 
the food processor method will not work, unless you soak the spelt 
berries in water overnight & then process before incorporating into 
your bread (about 1 cup). make sure that you also reduce your water / 
liquid in your bread recipe accordingly if using the soaking recipe
