When you move, you lose sources for some ingredients.  You may have 
changed yeast or flour.  The temperature of the water may be 
cooler.  If you have a laptop by a certain manufacturer, you can 
always put the bowl of dough on top of it (just make sure it doesn't 
start to bake!!).
