Bread-Bakers v111.n050.9

Help! I just killed my DLC-X Cusinart. I would really like to get it 
repaired if possible. I seem to remember getting one repaired some 
years back by a place near San Francisco but I can't find the info 
about the place. Does anyone know what that place or any place else I 
could get it repaired by mail could be?
