    1 1/4      teaspoons  yeast
    3               cups  all-purpose flour -- plus 1 tablespoon
    2        tablespoons  all-purpose flour
       1/4           cup  white sugar
       1/4      teaspoon  salt
    2        tablespoons  butter or margarine
    1 1/2      teaspoons  honey
       1/2           cup  apple cider
       1/2           cup  water
    1 1/4    tablespoons  dry milk
    1                cup  finely diced apple

Add ingredients according to bread machine instructions, using the 
"raisin" (or similar) setting. At the "beep," add the apples!

HELPFUL TIPS:
Can be done on the quick bread setting of the machine; simply add the 
apples at the beginning.
