Where do you get yeast cakes? I found them once about 4 years ago 
around the holidays at Walmart. We don't have any local bakeries that 
I can buy them from.

[Editor's note: Yeast cakes (fresh yeast) are hard to find, but dry 
yeast can be used instead. A cake of yeast is usually 2 oz. 
Substitute with 3 packets (0.25 oz each) = 21 grams = 6.75 tsp of dry 
yeast. Any dry yeast variety (active dry, instant or bread machine)
