   1         tablespoon  vinegar -- (2 tbsp)
   1 1/4      teaspoons  salt -- (1 1/2 tsp)
   1         tablespoon  light molasses -- (2 tbsp)
   1         tablespoon  packed brown sugar -- (1 tbsp)
   2        tablespoons  vegetable oil -- (3 tbsp)
   2 3/4           cups  bread flour -- (3 cups)
      1/2           cup  rye flour -- (3/4 cup)
   2          teaspoons  unsweetened cocoa powder -- sifted (1 tbsp)
   2          teaspoons  instant coffee granules -- (1 tbsp)
      1/2      teaspoon  ground ginger -- (1 tsp)
   1 3/4      teaspoons  bread machine yeast -- (2 1/4 tsp)
      1/3           cup  dried apricots -- quartered (1/2 cup)
      1/3           cup  pitted dates -- (1/2 cup)





You can substitute chopped prunes or figs for the dates and dried 
apples for the apricots.

Measure all ingredients except the fruit into the baking pan per 
manufacturer's directions. Select whole wheat cycle.

Add fruit at the "add ingredient" signal. If your machine has no "add 
ingredient" signal on the whole wheat cycle, add the fruit to the pan 
after the flour.
