Bread-Bakers v120.n016.1

Does anyone know if the dough in this recipe (which requires keeping 
in the fridge overnight) could be kept in the fridge for a couple of 
days?  There are only two of us and it would be nice if I could keep 
the dough and make a few each night. Thanks!
