Hello, bakers. I'm hoping someone can help me find an English muffin recipe that I had many years ago, but managed to lose. The muffins were baked in rings on a griddle, and were made from a very thick batter. Somewhere in the recipe were instructions to pick up a golfball sized amount of batter with your fingers and drop/slide it into the ring on the heated griddle. Does this ring any bells? I searched the archives but didn't find what I was looking for.
