2 1/4 tsp instant yeast -- (1 pkg/1/4 oz)
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup water -- warm, (110 to 115F)
2 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix -- eg Bisquick
Making homemade rolls usually takes a lot of ingredients and time,
but this recipe makes it so simple. They come together quickly and
they freeze well too.
Prep: 20 min. + rising
Bake: 10 min.
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Stir in biscuit mix and turn
out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic,
about 5 minutes.
Divide and shape dough into 24 small balls. Place on greased baking
sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 400F until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

Review: Just made these and they turned out great! I Used homemade
baking mix and let them rise about an hour and a half! This will
definitely be my go to recipe when I want something fast and yummy!
