I have been experimenting with pizza dough in my welbilt. Here is my current
recipe (as always subject to change :-).
1 package yeast
3 cups all purpose flour (I don't use bread flour for this)
1 1/4 cups warm water
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tbls olive oil
I only single rise my pizza dough (that is I let the machine mix and knead
and then I remove the ball to rise in a glass dish). What other methods
do you use (I seem to have trouble with the manual setting on mine, it kneads
forever, or so it seems).
What other things have you done with yours on manual or interupted settings.
Any good recipes for dinner rolls out there?!
