Bread-Bakers v001.n009.1

Just a request...one of the recent postings had two recipes that were
originally 2 cups (of flour) converted to 3 cups.  In the future, if
the 2 cup version is still available please also post it.  It would
save those of us who are bad at conversions (calculus destroyed my
math abilities) from having to do them.
