For the person who requested I post Wheat, pecan, and raisin bread receipe: 3/4 cup water 1-3/4 cup bread flour 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon dry milk (or equivalent liquid milk and adjust water) 1 teaspoon yeast 1/4 cup raisins 1.8 oz crushed pecans This is for a 'medium' (1 lb) loaf for the Hitachi. The raisins and pecans are added after the first kneading, about 25 minutes into the cycle. Ardy
