Here's a recipe from "The Bread Machine Cookbook III," by
Donna Rathmell German. I made it last week and it was
very good -- pretty, too.
(BTW, have the recipes from this book been posted before?)
DILL PARSLEY BREAD
SMALL MEDIUM LARGE
water 2/3 cup 3/4 cup 1 cup
olive oil 1/4 cup 1/4+ cup 1/3 cup
sugar 1/2 tsp. 2/3 tsp. 3/4 tsp.
salt 1/4 tsp. 1/3 tsp. 1/2 tsp.
parsley 1 tbs. 1 1/3 tbs. 1 1/2 tbs.
dill weed 1 tbs. 1 1/3 tbs. 1 1/2 tbs.
bread flour 2 cups 2 1/2 cups 3 cups
nonfat dry milk 3 tbs. 1/4 cup 5 tbs.
yeast 1 1/2 tsp. 2 tsp. 2 1/2 tsp.
flour equiv: 2 cups 2 1/2 cups 3 cups
cycle: white; timer
setting: medium
