Here's another recipe from "The Bread Machine Cookbook III,"
by Donna Rathmell German. The books says its a "must try" and
I totally agree. I served this bread with a big 'ole pot of
homemade vegetable soup -- delicious!
GOLDEN CHEESE BREAD

butter 1 tbs. 1 1/2 tbs. 2 tbs.

wheat/oat flakes 1/2 cup 3/4 cup 1 cup
bread flour 1 1/2 cups 2 1/4 cups 3 cups
yeast 1 tsp. 1 1/2 tsp. 2 tsp.

cycle: white, sweet; not timer (buttermilk, eggs)
setting: light to medium
