Today's invention: Cinnamon Apple Bread

I decided to try something different last night.  It's getting good
reviews in the office this morning, so here's the recipe:


                    Cinnamon Apple Bread

1 1/4 C   Apple juice or apple cider
    1 t   salt
    2 T   butter
    2 T   brown sugar
    3 C   flour
    1 pkg active dry yeast

This makes a 1.5 lb. loaf and works wonderfully in my Zojirushi.
I used the light crust setting.

This is the best-smelling loaf I've ever made.
