I've been experimenting at the request of a friend of mine with a bread that includes both rosemary and oat bran. All the recipes I can find are strictly white/bread flour variety. When I add the oat bran, I get the flavor I want, but the loaf is consistently smaller and more dense. I'll keep experimenting, but wondered if anyone out there already had a recipe that included both ingredients. Thanks, Ellen
