Banana Flavour

Hello...

Robin wrote about having a more banana flavour for bread.  I suggest that the
bananas should be really ripe.  The banana skin would be black and the fruit
soft.  By this time, the aroma is fully developed.
The banana may not look so good but the difference in the flavour is very 
distinct.
