Recipe: Lemonade Bread (Bread machine)

"Sweet, but not cloying, and slightly tart, this is good beach food 
or porch food.  If you slice and wrap the bread in your beach towel 
before you leave home, there will be no paper or plastic wrapper 
to add to the trash on the beach. Just shake out the crumbs before 
you dry off.

Small Loaf (1 lb.)	Ingredients			Large Loaf (1.5 lb)
1.5 tsp			active dry yeast		2.5 tsp
1.25 cups		bread flour			1.75 cups + 2 TB
1 cup			whole wheat flour		1.5 cups
.75 tsp			salt				1.25 tsp
1 TB			sugar				1.5 TB
1 TB			vegetable oil			1.5 TB
1/3 cup			frozen lemonade concentrate,	1/4 cup
			  thawed
.5 cup + 2 TB		water				1 cup

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine 
manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the 
manufacturer's directions.
