Chris Marksberry requested a recipe for rye bread. This is a good light rye from ELECTRIC BREAD: 3/4 C water 1 1/2 C White bread flour 1/2 C Rye flour 1 1/2 T Sugar 3/4 t Salt 3/4 T Butter 2 t cornmeal 1 t Caraway seeds 1 1/4 t Fast rise yeast or 2 t active dry yeast This is the ingredients list for the one pound size. If you need the 1 1/2 pound size, request it and I will post it. I also have a recipe for another rye but didn't post it because I haven't tried it. John in Cincinnati
