Might I recommend MasterCook(both for Mac and Windows)
it will do all the things you are loking for and more.
It is simply the best recipie program I have ever had the pleasure to use.
they have a BBS that you may download a Demo Version of the software from.

I have used both the Windoze and Mac versions and have been pleased w/ my
purchases.
