To Debby re sweet yeast breads. You live in MA and can get King Arthur flour (regular, white, unbleached). Use it! Also add a couple of talbespoons of non-fat dry milk - this will give you a tender crust and crumb. For sweet doughs I like the Special for sweet breads yeast that you can get thru the King Arthur Catalogue 800 827-6836. Lora Brody
