Bread-Bakers v096.n002.16

Melissa Moore asked about anadama bread for a bread machine.  Here's my
recipe; I adapted it from The Joy of Cooking.  I hope you like it.  It's
wonderful when fresh-baked, but doesn't keep too well.

Anadama Bread

milk    1 1/4 cups
molasses     1/4 cup
salt    1 1/2 tsp
butter  2 tbsp
yellow cornmeal 1 cup
bread flour     2 1/2 cups
yeast   2 tsp
