Bread-Bakers v096.n003.11

I spent 2 months in the States (Atlanta and Melbourne) early last year. One 
of my favourite restaurants was Ryan's Family Steak House (Lettuce Surprise 
was also great). The yeast rolls served at Ryan's were fantastic... Does 
anyone have a similar recipe?
