I have not had the problem you mentioned with the West Bend(with respect to the bread sticking to the pan), but I did with the DAK I used to have. I tried the following with some degree of sucess: 1. Try seasoning the pan as if it were cast iron. and/or: 2. Spray Pam in before starting each loaf. Good luck Ed
