Bread-Bakers v096.n066.4

Hi there,

would anybody be kind enough to post to me (or the list or whatever) a
recipe for brown bread that ISN'T steamed to cook it.  I've had some at the
bakery downtown but can't seem to reproduce the flavor myself, and they
aren't keen on sharing the recipe.  It doesn't matter to me if the recipe is
for hand- or machine-bread...I am happily capable of both.
