Ken: the best thing I've seen lately is to take the dough, cut it in half
and shape each half into a boule/ball. Place each ball into a regular loaf
pan and bake. Now you'll have 2 halves of a loave and you can share it
with a friend, or just make smaller loaves as gifts.
They pull apart.
