Great Potato Bread (1.5# & 1#)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

5 oz warm water -- (3 1/2 oz)
2 tablespoons butter -- (1T)
2 eggs -- (1)
1/2 cup buttermilk, non-fat -- (2 1/2 oz)
1/4 cup dry milk -- (2T)
4 tablespoons mashed potato flakes -- (2 1/2T)
1 teaspoon salt -- (1/2t)
2 3/4 cups bread flour -- (2C)
2 tablespoons sugar -- (4t)
1 teaspoon active dry yeast -- (1/2 t)
Load ingredients in bread basket according to your machine's
instructions.
Note: I did use 2 teaspoons of yeast in the 1 1/5# loaf in my Hitachi
machine. The recipes calls for 2 t only in the Panasonic/National
machines.

Per 1.5# loaf: calories 2073, fat 44 grams, 19% cff
Per 1 # loaf: calories 1384, fat 24 grams, 16%cff
Per MasterCook: 1.5# loaf - calories 1936, fat 38 grams
