Bread-Bakers v097.n029.9

Hi everyone!
I have been in a bread/roll baking mood lately, and would like to know
what are some of your favorite bread baking cookbooks---not bread
machine.  I am especially interested in what you think about *The Italian
Baker* by Carol Field.  Thanks so much.
