Here is a recipe from a new cookbook called "Canadian Bread Machine
Baking" with Roxanne McQuilkin who is a home economist.
This cookbook addresses the differences between American and Caandian
flour.
I just finished trying this recipe for sourdough oatmeal bread. It
didn't turn out pretty but it was good.
