Good Morning. This is the first time I've used this service. I do a lot of sourdough cooking and baking. Would you please recommend a bread machine that can handle sourdough sponge? I find that sourdough sponge is a bit heavier than traditional white; whole wheat breads. I do also make a lot of 12 grain breads. I have been cooking and baking with sourdough for over 28 years and love the "soured" dough. Thanks for this service. Ron Hewitt
