Bread-Bakers v097.n048.13

Hello,
Have a Sanyo bread maker, and the crust is very hard, and too brown.  Have 
taken back to shop, and machine tests normal.  Have refreshed ingredients, 
and tried to cut down on salt, also sugar.  Any suggestions, or are Sanyos 
like this???  Thanks.
