Bread-Bakers v097.n049.18

Just received bread-bakers digest v097.n048 and can't believe the first
posting from Heidi K.  She's trying to make a sourdough bread that doesn't
taste sour!?!
Is this a very late April Fool's joke?  I don't get it!
