I've been on this list for quite a while now, and have learnt much about yeasts and bread making in general. I enjoy the digests greatly. I've been looking for a Malt loaf recipe for years now, similar to those that I used to buy in England. They're usually small (1 pound), sweet, dark, sticky, and delicious! Can anyone help me with a recipe? Sadie
