Hello folks, Greetings. I have been trying out a few bread-machine recipes for croissants. But the results were not good. Very hard crunchy exterior, no layers seen. I have tried to fold carefully the layers, but...sigh. Has anyone tried croissants using the bread-machine ? What kind of results do you have ? Do you get discouraging results like mine, I wonder. Thank you in advance for any reply.
