Bread-Bakers v097.n055.11

I would like to make some bread mixes to give people as gifts for the
holidays.  Does anyone have suggestions??  Exotic ingredients are fine.  I
plan to put together baskets for the neighbors with a mix or two and then
they can make the loaves of bread when ever they prefer to eat them.  I
will pre-package the yeast separately for them.

So, please send any ideas you might have.
