  Hi All,

I had 2 cans flour instead of 2 cups flour for the  Fruit Cocktail bread.
the recipe below is the right one.

                           Fruit Cocktail Bread

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   2      teaspoons     yeast or 1/2 a package
   2      cups          bread flour
     1/2  teaspoon      ginger
     1/4  teaspoon      nutmeg
     1/2  cup           chopped macadamia nuts or pecans
   1      Tablespoon    grated orange rind
   1      Tablespoon    honey
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1      Tablespoon    margarine or butter
   1      150z can      fruit cocktail -- drained
     1/2  cup           water

Add all the ingredients to the machine in the order listed. Choose either
regular or light crust (depending on your preference) and push "Star".

NOTES : This bread is very good toasted.
