Bread-Bakers v098.n001.3

I know this has been posted before (sorry) but I didn't pay attention.
Now, I'm trying to find a previously posted recipe for Pumpkin Bread.  I
found it in the index....it's in archive b3q96mcf.zip.  I can't figure out
how to get the recipe into  my computer.  I have a Mac with Stuffit....can
anyone help???  Boy this really makes me feel dumb.
