I have one that I've had for about two months. It's a great machine and I
really like it for its capability of handling large quantities.  I think I
will like it even better as I learn to use it properly. For example, bread
dough works better if you put the liquid in first and then add the flour,
etc.. It has a kneading action that is very like hand kneading but it is
easy to overknead because it is so efficient. The accompanying documentation
is not very extensive, but an experienced baker shouldn't have much trouble.
This sounds rather critical but I don't mean it to be. I really like it and
would buy it again.
