I hope someone can help me. I have a Panasonic 1-1/2 lb loaf machine but i've found some recipes in some of my bread cookbooks for 2 lb machines. How do I go about reducing the recipe? I'm assuming that i could just halve the recipe, but am not sure that would really work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance and Happy Baking!!
