Hi everyone-  somone was asking where you can get pure absorbic acid.
Bronson vitamins, 1-800-235-3200, has some.  My catalogue is old, but 1
pd is $16.50, 2.2 pounds is $34.65.

I am new to this list, can someone tell me what absorbic acid is used
for in bread?

Also, one package yeast equals two tablespoons.
