Crust falling in ABM bread

I got an Oster ABM about 3 weeks ago.
It makes wonderful bread.

My problem is that when I (carefully)
take the white bread out of the pan it has such a nice
rounded brown dome, but when it cools the dome
has shrunk in and looks "pruney".

Is there any way to keep that nice round top on the loaf of bread?
