Bread-Bakers v098.n022.10

Hi,

I'm taking an artisan bread baking class and I'm going to be working on a
research paper for the class on the subject of yeast so I'm looking for
some good yeast resources. I'm not sure what my thesis will be yet but I
may talk about the different types of yeast and their uses, advantages and
disadvantages. Does anyone have any good yeast resources or websites?
