"Portugese" Bread

Hi,

I have been trying to find a recipe for what is called Portugese Bread.  It
is served in a Spanish restaurant in Trenton and is brought in from Newark,
NJ.  It is round, and domed shaped.  It has a great crust and is nice and
chewy with large air spaces in it.  It has a great bread taste and is not
sweet.
