My mother-in-law, from whom I learned to make bread, swore by cake yeast. She was right, of course! Now when I make bread by hand, I have a ritual--I use only Robin Hood Flour and Fleishmann's large cake yeast. This combination always makes perfect bread now matter how many "mistakes" I make in the process. Lois T. Silverman
