Bread-Bakers v098.n036.9

I have a big ol' Zo machine and would like to know if anyone have ever halved
the recipes they use to make a smaller loaf with any success. I'd rather make
a smaller loaf of bread that will stay fresh for 2 days than a large loaf that
will lose its pep after that.
