In response to the inquiry about 7 grain cereal - this product is a hot
cereal made by Arrowhead Mills which can be purchased in many healthfood
stores.  There are also cereals which consist of 9 grains and many other
combinations.  You can also purchase a wheat free version which I is what I
buy.  If you healthfood store doesn't carry this product they will probably
