Dear Phyllis, There is an extensive recipe for baking croissants in "Baking With Julia." It is quite intimidating and takes at least two days to make. I will not transcribe it here, but you can probably check the book out at your local library and try it yourself. They do cover filled croissants. There are croissant-like recipes around, too, that maybe don't take up as much time. If I find one, I will let you know! Ruth
