Hello bakers, Among other goodies in my shipment from King Arthur, I purchased some Italian flour. I have a couple of ideas on using this in things like pizza dough, focaccia, etc.; however, I would like to hear your thoughts on using this flour. If anyone has some creative ideas on how to use it, or if you have some recipes and suggestions to share, I would certainly enjoy seeing them.
