- 1 1/2 Lb Loaf:
1 1/4 C Water -- Plus
1 Tbsp Water
3/4 Tbsp Butter
3/4 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 1/3 C Bread Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/4 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Bread Machine Yeast
It is chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside and makes the BEST
tomato sandwiches!
Make as directed by your machine directions. I use a French bread cycle and
a medium for color.
