The following Rye Beer Bread and Orange comes from the DAK original
recpie book.  It is one of the better tasting rye breads.

Rye Bread with Beer and Orange

1 cup beer flat,
1/4 cup warm water
2 TBS. butter
2 TBS. Molasses
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
2 TBS. wheat germ
2-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup medium rye flour
1 package yeast
